RETURN POLICY
To request a return please email us through our CONTACT page
For domestic orders shipped within the United States, returns are accepted within 14 days of the order received date for store credit or an exchange. We do not offer refunds. Credit or an exchange will be issued once the item meets the return conditions below.
- Products must be returned in same condition as received
- Please take care when trying on items, as beauty products (lotions, oils, perfumes) may cause stains.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
- A 5% restocking fee applies to returns containing five or more items.
- We reserve the right to cancel or limit future orders in cases of excessive returns.
- Items marked with "FINAL SALE" in the product title are not eligible for return or exchange.
- The following categories are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Candles
- Home fragrance
Our policies are designed to ensure the highest product standards for all of our customers. We greatly appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions you may have. Kindly note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
STORE CREDIT
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a store credit via email in the form of an electronic gift card. The gift card will include a code for easy use at checkout, along with instructions for redemption. Please note: store credit must be manually applied at checkout, as we cannot apply it for you. Your store credit can be used on any purchase from soleilblue.com.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customer is responsible for the safe packaging and return shipping costs. For fragile items please reuse inner packaging and packing materials to ensure items are returned safely.
Return address will be provided when a return authorization is emailed.
DAMAGED/FAULTY PRODUCT:
We kindly ask that you handle items with care when trying them on. We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by return shipping or normal use of the item. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us promptly.
